Problem
Highland Industrial Supplies has facilities throughout Scotland, being one of the largest industrial suppliers in Scotland, with delivery throughout the UK. Like most businesses, Covid had a significant impact on their business and they saw declining revenue and the results they were getting from their digital marketing efforts were very poor.
Solution
HIS contacted teclan to help analyse their figures and try to identify the reasons for their declining performance. teclan pointed out a number of ways their advertising could be run more effectively and were asked to take over running the ads. teclan switched off all of the old campaigns in their Google Ads account and created brand new campaigns covering a number of Google Ads products, including Shopping, Search and Display. The idea was to not only drive industrial sales, but also help make HIS an attractive business for the normal consumer.
Outcome
Shortly after launching the new ad campaigns, HIS saw their return on ad spend grow significantly to all-time highs and their revenue from paid ads drastically increased, achieving record revenues for the year.
